About The Position

Audi Van Nuys is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join their team. This is an opportunity to work with a respected luxury automotive brand in a high-volume dealership with an established customer base. The role offers a commission plan with unlimited earning potential, paid training, and ongoing professional development. Sales Representatives will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, build customer relationships, conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives, manage leads, and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to represent the Audi brand with confidence.
• Comfortable working weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives while showcasing Audi features, technology, and benefits.
• Manage and follow up with showroom, internet, and phone leads to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
