About The Position

Audi Van Nuys is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join their team. This role involves guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, building lasting relationships, conducting professional vehicle presentations, and managing leads to ensure a seamless customer experience. The goal is to exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

• Comfortable working weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery.

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives while showcasing Audi features, technology, and benefits.
• Manage and follow up with showroom, internet, and phone leads to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
