The company is experiencing rapid growth due to high market demand, doubling its resident base every three months. This expansion necessitates growing the go-to-market team to meet immediate needs. This role is ideal for individuals early in their sales careers seeking to build a future in sales through hands-on, field-based experience with real customers and accountability. The position requires approximately 1-2+ years of professional experience, with a focus on high energy, coachability, and a strong work ethic for rapid growth. Prior experience in senior living or healthcare is not a prerequisite. The role involves joining the go-to-market team, with the majority of time spent in the field engaging with Assisted Living operators within an assigned territory. Success in this role hinges on energy, work ethic, coachability, and long-term potential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with decision-makers by meeting senior living operators face-to-face to demonstrate how AllCare’s AI-driven model solves operational challenges.
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline with clear activity expectations and measurable goals.
  • Actively sell in the field, as this is not a desk-based role.
  • Learn rapidly through structured training, coaching, ride-alongs, and in-field shadowing with sales, operations, and clinical teams.
  • Develop a strong field presence by building relationships, understanding the market, and becoming a credible operator in the assigned territory.
