As a full-time Sales Development Representative, you will engage with customers to understand their home remodeling needs and provide solutions. The position includes several weeks of classroom training to develop strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This role is a base-salary plus commission position and serves as a launchpad for other opportunities within the company, with 90% of senior leadership having started in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Be the frontline expert on Victory’s products and services, presenting them to clients.
  • Serve as the customers’ first interaction with Victory, acting as a brand ambassador and company spokesperson.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently and with a positive attitude.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Collaborate and build connections with team members and other departments.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends.
