About The Position

We are looking for a relentless Sales Professional to join our Houston team. You don’t need to know the trucking business—we’ll teach you that. We need your grit, your connections, and your refusal to take "no" for an answer. This isn't a "desk job"; it’s a career-defining role where you will be mentored daily by an industry veteran who has trained over 1,000 elite salespeople. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, local Houston "hunter" with 5–7 years of experience in the Power Generation, Rental, or Utilities markets. This role is perfect for a competitive individual (or a high-achieving recent college grad/student-athlete) who is tech-savvy and possesses a "never-quit" attitude. No prior trucking or logistics experience required; we hire for grit and market knowledge over industry specifics.

Requirements

  • Must know the Houston industrial/rental landscape.
  • Aggressive lead pursuit, relationship building, and extreme organization.
  • Proficient in CRM, LinkedIn, and lead-gen tools.
  • High-energy and outgoing; must be comfortable with rejection and working outside standard 8-to-5 hours.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Power Generation, Rental, or Utilities markets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue leads and sign up new customers for rental and industrial hauling projects.
  • Build and maintain ironclad relationships with key players in the Houston industrial market.
  • Utilize CRMs, LinkedIn, and advanced lead-generation tools to manage your pipeline with surgical precision.
  • Leverage your 5–7 years of experience in Power Gen/Utilities to open doors that stay closed to others.
