About The Position
Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking motivated, sales-driven individuals to engage consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate customers and drive sales of Financial Products for Canadian Tire. This role involves working within stores and kiosks to promote the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard.
Requirements

- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Work well independently and within a team
- Comfortable completing a criminal and credit background check

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client’s product.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.
- Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.
- Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed.
