About The Position

Join an elite group of sales professionals at AT&T, delivering customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. Field Sales Representatives are driven to connect, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services and achieve sales goals. The role offers uncapped commission potential, with top earners having the opportunity to make $100,000. New Field Sales Representatives can expect to earn between $60,300 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission, with individual starting salary dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. This role involves being the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by the company. Responsibilities include closing deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions. The company provides paid training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities to ensure success in the field. Representatives will connect with existing customers daily through provided scheduled appointments, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to make sales. Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
