About The Position

Universal Windows Direct is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home sales presentations with company-provided, preset appointments. The role focuses on building trust with customers, educating them about products, identifying their needs, and using UWD’s sales presentation to negotiate and close sales. No cold calling or prospecting is required.

The company provides paid in-person and virtual training, coaching, and support, with opportunities for career growth, advancement into management, and travel. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Desire to earn money, belief in oneself, and willingness to be paid based directly on effort and results.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, commission-based sales, lead generation, the home improvement industry, teaching or public speaking, bartending or waitressing, or other customer-service-focused positions.
