About The Position

Guardian Tax is hiring driven Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This is a phone-heavy, fully inbound sales role working with individuals actively seeking help with IRS debt and tax challenges—no cold calling. You’ll take inbound calls, quickly assess client needs, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close deals.

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations toward a close

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with continuous conversations
