• 6+ months of sales, retail, hospitality or relatable high-volume relationship experience
• Proven success hitting goals or metrics
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Competitive mindset with grit and resilience
• Coachable and hungry to grow
• Confidence to ask for the close

Responsibilities

• Prospect candidates through calls, texts, email, and social media
• Build trust quickly and create lasting relationships
• Match healthcare professionals with open travel assignments
• Negotiate offers and overcome objections
• Manage a pipeline and move candidates fast
• Hit goals, win business, and grow income
