About The Position
We are seeking a Relationship-Driven Recruiting Partner specializing in Accounting & Finance. The ideal candidate will have an established network of CFOs, controllers, hiring managers, or business owners and the ability to leverage these relationships to place accounting and finance professionals. This is a remote position with a competitive 50/50 split compensation structure, offering uncapped earning potential with top performers earning six figures. You will have access to a vast database of resumes and professional profiles, along with advanced recruiting tools and a supportive team.
Requirements
- Established network of CFOs, controllers, hiring managers, or business owners.
- Ability to open doors and leverage relationships.
- Experience in recruiting, particularly in the accounting and finance sectors.
- Ability to place accounting and finance professionals.
- Willingness to own both sides of a deal.

Responsibilities

- Place accounting and finance professionals.
- Own both sides of a deal to maximize earnings.

- Participate in weekly job order meetings.
