NorthAmCon LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen, learn, and build trust with customers
  • Confidence presenting products or solutions to diverse audiences

  • Comfort using technology such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools

  • Candidates with limited direct experience will be supported through training and hands‑on learning.
  • Experienced sales professionals are encouraged to bring their industry knowledge and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in outside sales, technical sales, or industrial markets is a plus
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, material handling, automation, or related industries is helpful but not required
  • Understanding of basic sales and marketing concepts
  • Willingness to learn industry trends, products, and customer applications

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships within target markets
  • Present NorthAmCon products and solutions to customers, both in person and virtually
  • Learn and communicate the value of 24V conveyor and material handling solutions
  • Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
  • Track customer activity and opportunities using CRM and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to support customer needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Follow established sales processes while contributing new ideas and approaches
  • Negotiate and support the closing of sales agreements
  • Identify and pursue qualified sales opportunities
  • Build long‑term relationships with customers at multiple levels
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Travel as required (estimated minimum 30% overnight travel)
  • Accurately document activity, opportunities, and forecasts
  • Adapt sales approaches to different customer needs and industries
