About The Position

You'll own the growth of our referral network — physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, dialysis centers, home health agencies, and specialty clinics. Success means becoming the go-to infusion partner in your territory by understanding referral sources' needs and making it easy to send patients our way.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of healthcare sales or business development, infusion/specialty pharmacy, DME, home health, or a related referral-driven setting preferred
  • Track record of building referral or account relationships and hitting growth targets
  • Understanding of the referral and intake process in a clinical setting
  • Strong communication, self-direction, and territory-management skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel the territory

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of infusion therapies, payer basics, or AKS/healthcare compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with referral sources across the territory
  • Identify new referral opportunities and open new accounts
  • Educate providers and care teams on our services, capabilities, and intake process
  • Serve as the liaison between referral sources and our clinical/intake team
  • Track activity, pipeline, and conversion; report on territory performance
  • Represent the pharmacy at meetings, in-services, and industry events
