About The Position
The Choate Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group, helps families protect their homes and financial futures through mortgage protection, life insurance, retirement solutions, college savings strategies, and debt elimination programs. We work with warm, inbound, exclusive leads—no cold calling. This position entails extensive training, mentorship, leadership development, and uncapped income potential with a performance based compensation structure. Ideal applicants are individuals motivated not only by helping their clients but also motivated to develop themselves as leaders while striving to earn a multiple six figure income.
