About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our sales team. We offer fast-track advancement opportunities, with the potential for Team Lead roles in as little as 1-3 months and management opportunities within 6-12 months. We provide hourly pay plus bonuses, with on-target earnings between $65,000-$90,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits are available after 30 days, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance. We also offer flexible scheduling and an exciting company culture with ongoing sales and leadership training, plus quarterly events and incentive trips.
