The Sales Representative will be responsible for preparing quotes, responding to RFPs, and developing sales presentations. This role involves prospecting, setting appointments, and conducting business reviews with customers. The representative will provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns, and offer timely information on order status and product availability. Regular client visits are expected to strengthen partnerships and identify new sales opportunities. The role also includes promoting Kuna-branded products, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams, answering customer questions, and providing product training. The Sales Representative will drive their personal vehicle to customer accounts and must meet the requirements of the Vehicle Safety Program.
