The Sales Representative will be responsible for preparing quotes, responding to RFPs, developing and delivering sales presentations, and prospecting for new clients. This role involves conducting business reviews, providing customer feedback, and ensuring timely communication regarding order status and product availability. The representative will also conduct regular client visits, promote Kuna-branded products, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams. Answering customer questions, providing product information and training, and traveling to customer locations are key aspects of the role. The position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment, follow instructions, write business correspondence, and present information effectively. Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate are essential. The role also demands attention to detail, basic math skills, and computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for restaurant or food service product knowledge and previous sales, business development, or account management experience, particularly in distribution operations.
