The Sales Representative will be responsible for preparing quotes, responding to RFPs, and developing sales presentations for potential customers. This role involves prospecting, setting appointments, and conducting business reviews with existing clients. The representative will provide feedback to the company on service failures or customer concerns, offer advice for improving customer relations, and keep customers informed about order status and product availability. Regular client visits are expected to strengthen partnerships and identify new sales opportunities. The role also includes promoting Kuna-branded products, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams (purchasing, customer service, operations), answering customer questions, and providing product information and training. The Sales Representative will drive their personal vehicle to customer accounts and meetings, adhering to the Vehicle Safety Program.
