About The Position

MPower Direct is a leading energy company helping homeowners across the East Coast make the switch to clean, affordable energy. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Cincinnati field sales team out in the community, talking to real people, and getting paid every single week for it. This isn't an office job. You'll be working in assigned Cincinnati neighborhoods, having real conversations with homeowners about their energy options. We give you the territory, the training, and the support; you bring the work ethic and the people skills. No experience needed. We pay you to learn from day one.

Requirements

• No experience required — we'll train you on everything from day one
• Comfortable talking to people face to face
• Motivated by income — you want to earn, not just clock in
• Reliable, coachable, and competitive
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No degree required

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential areas across the greater Cincinnati area
• Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings
• Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed
• Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process
• Build your skills through daily hands-on experience and coaching
• Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals
