About The Position

MPower Direct is a leading energy company helping homeowners across the East Coast make the switch to clean, affordable energy. We're looking for entry-level candidates in Chicago who are ready to get out in the field, learn a real skill, and get paid every week for their effort. This isn't a warehouse job or a retail shift. You'll be out in Chicago neighborhoods having real conversations with homeowners about their energy options. We give you the territory, the training, and the team—you bring the drive and the willingness to learn. Residents in Illinois have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. Most don't know it. You're the one who changes that, neighborhood by neighborhood, door by door. Canvass assigned residential areas across the greater Chicago area. Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings. Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed. Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process. Build your skills through daily hands-on experience and coaching. Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals.

Requirements

• No experience required — we'll train you on everything from day one
• Comfortable talking to people face to face or ready to build that skill
• Motivated by income and growth — you want more than just a paycheck
• Reliable, coachable, and competitive
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No degree required
