About The Position
Whizz is seeking a motivated Sales Representative fluent in Spanish to join its remote Sales & Support team. Whizz provides e-mobility solutions for delivery drivers, including flexible vehicle ownership and financing options. The representative will support customers by sharing information about electric bikes, arranging appointments, managing deliveries, and helping prospective customers become clients. The role follows a New York time zone schedule, with shifts from 9 am to 6 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
- Excellent English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset.
- Availability to work a New York time zone schedule: 9 am–6 pm or 2 pm–11 pm.
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle a large number of calls while maintaining a high level of service.
- Provide detailed information about electric bikes, arrange appointments, and manage deliveries.
- Address customer concerns and objections to support customer satisfaction and trust.
- Use selling techniques to convert potential customers into clients.
