We are FlatWorld, a rapidly growing publisher disrupting the Higher Education textbook industry by offering affordable, high-quality digital-first textbooks and an online Homework system. As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in persuading faculty in your assigned territory to adopt FlatWorld products. You will be the face of FlatWorld, building relationships and identifying opportunities to drive new business. This role requires strategic planning, effective time management, and the use of Salesforce for customer relationship management. You will research college and university websites to identify faculty and course information, and utilize various communication channels (email, calls, Google Meet, Zoom) to engage with instructors, demo our assessment platform, and close sales. Collaboration with the Customer Success team is key to ensuring a smooth onboarding process for adopting instructors. Your primary focus will be driving new revenue, with generous compensation based on new business generated, including a base salary and uncapped commissions.
