FloodGate Medical•Tampa, FL

About The Position

Longeviti Neuro Solutions is seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative to own its Washington D.C. Metro territory. This full-time role combines lead generation, account management, customer service, and direct engagement with neurosurgeons and clinical staff in hospitals, operating rooms, ICUs, and clinics. The representative will build trusted relationships, communicate clinical and economic product benefits, work with sales leadership to achieve territory goals, and run the territory with an ownership mindset. The territory includes established accounts at Georgetown and Walter Reed, NIH in progress, and other D.C. hospitals that have not yet been engaged. The representative will grow revenue in existing accounts while pursuing new hospitals and expanding product utilization within approved accounts. The role includes building and executing a territory business plan, providing product and clinical support, educating clinical teams, and leading reimbursement and value analysis conversations. Local travel across the Washington D.C. Metro area and surrounding locations is expected; significant air travel is not anticipated. Longeviti Neuro Solutions is a Baltimore-based neurotechnology company. Its ClearFit® cranial implants are made from clear, sonolucent PMMA and allow ultrasound imaging through the implant. The company’s offerings include patient-specific and off-the-shelf implants, post-operative ultrasound imaging, and ClearFit AI™, a Brain Ultrasound Interface platform launched in 2026 that pairs ClearFit implants with AI-assisted ultrasound imaging optimization on Clarius units. ClearFit has FDA 510(k) clearances, and CMS has granted it a new technology code (XNR89D).
