Sales Representative – 1099 | $80K–$110K+ | Roofing Sales
About The Position
Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. We specialize in roofing, siding, and gutters. Our sales representatives play a crucial role in helping homeowners navigate the insurance process and restore their properties after storm damage. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven career, not a call center or desk job. You will be responsible for identifying damage in storm-affected neighborhoods, meeting with homeowners, educating them on their options, and guiding them through the insurance and restoration process.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Comfortable with people and conversations
- Self-directed and able to own your output
- Physically mobile, able to work outside and sometimes on rooftops
- Resilient to handle rejection
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus
- No prior roofing sales experience required; many reps come from outside the industry
Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
- Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build enough trust to earn a second conversation
- Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with our production team through project completion
- Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
