About The Position

Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters, with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying storm damage to homes, guiding homeowners through the insurance claim process, and facilitating the restoration of their property. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven role, distinct from a call center or desk job.

• Physically mobile, able to work outdoors and potentially on rooftops

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to earn follow-up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team for project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development.
