About The Position

The company's model involves identifying homeowners affected by storms and guiding them through the insurance claim and restoration process. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven role, distinct from a call center or quota-driven position.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback
• Comfortable interacting with people
• Self-directed and able to manage one's own schedule
• Physically mobile, able to work outdoors, in neighborhoods, and sometimes on rooftops
• Resilient and able to handle rejection

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to earn further engagement
• Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team through project completion
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
