About The Position

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping homeowners, and taking control of their earning potential. This field-based position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs. As a Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to identify their exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift equipment as needed
Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
If you've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, telecommunications, or another customer-facing role, your experience may translate well into this position.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
