About The Position

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our Sales team in the Charlotte market. As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes. No roofing experience is required, as we provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you develop the necessary skills for success. This is a Full-Time W-2 position with uncapped earning potential, offering weekly pay and commissions. The role involves local travel throughout the Charlotte market and surrounding North Carolina communities, with leads assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, hospitality, customer service, real estate, insurance, or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct residential property inspections.
• Identify roofing, siding, and gutter opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions.
• Prepare estimates and scopes of work.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
• Coordinate with internal production teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
