About The Position

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated individuals for a Sales Representative role focused on roofing and exterior restoration. This field-based position serves the Billings and surrounding Montana market. The role involves meeting with homeowners to understand their needs, building relationships, generating sales, conducting property inspections, presenting solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process. While there is no traditional office for daily reporting, training and team meetings may occur at designated locations. The company provides comprehensive training, tools, and support, making prior roofing experience unnecessary. If you are motivated, coachable, and eager to grow, Aspen Contracting will provide the necessary training.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with local travel throughout the assigned territory
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and speaking directly with homeowners
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their exterior restoration needs
• Build relationships with customers and provide professional service
• Generate and develop new sales opportunities
• Conduct property inspections and identify roofing, siding, and gutter needs
• Present solutions and estimates to homeowners
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Guide customers through the sales and project process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
