About The Position

Heritage Building Maintenance is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our client base. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and contributing directly to company revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales or business development experience
  • Proven ability to develop and close profitable client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings

  • Experience in facility services, janitorial, or B2B service sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial janitorial and facility service accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
  • Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Deliver tailored service proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure a positive, professional customer experience from lead to close
  • Representing Heritage at industry events, trade associations, and community networking opportunities
  • Participate in trade shows, client events, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain a strong professional presence both in-person and on social platforms
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Track sales activity and pipeline progress consistently
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure successful service execution and client satisfaction
