About The Position

We are looking for 1-2 hard-working individuals for our Central Ohio office. We have plenty of pre-qualified leads, with the right candidate expecting to have 2-4 leads daily. Our product is rated #1 by Consumer Reports and we are the largest Direct to Consumer Home Project Sales Company in the world, with over 400k installs last year. Our factory-direct and patented products cannot be shopped around for. We sell jobs with no money down, and appointments take only 1 hour, including paperwork. Jobs can be installed as early as the same day they are sold. Commissions are paid weekly, and the average close rate is 65%. Inquire about fast-tracking into management, as 95% of our managers nationwide were promoted from within.

Requirements

• Two or more years of in-home selling experience.
• Experience using a one-call close approach.
• Veteran closers.
• Must be hard-working.
