About The Position

KDM is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to expand our client base and grow revenue. In this role, you will prospect and develop new business relationships, sell KDM’s full suite of logistics services — including warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and freight management — and serve as a trusted partner to clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of 3PL services (warehousing, freight, fulfillment)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong prospecting and closing abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Existing book of business or established shipper relationships
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of TMS, WMS, or freight technology platforms
  • Familiarity with pricing models for LTL, FTL, and warehousing
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup logistics environment

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within target markets and verticals
  • Sell KDM’s 3PL services including warehousing, transportation management, fulfillment, and freight brokerage
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shippers, manufacturers, retailers, and distributors
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing solutions tailored to client needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and new business targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close and onboarding
  • Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth client transitions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM software
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
