Requirements

• 1–2 + years in a 3PL environment
• Ability to work in a high paced environment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Experience managing LTL and FTL shipments end-to-end (required)
• Experience managing multiple loads simultaneously
• Direct carrier communication experience
• Fluent English and French

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LTL and FTL shipments from pickup to delivery
• Communicate directly with carriers and clients
• Manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Resolve issues in real time
• Ensure shipment accuracy and documentation compliance
