Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in selling New & Used cars
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Integrity, transparency, and a customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Team player with a drive to succeed
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
