About The Position
Combined Insurance Company of America is looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. If you enjoy meeting new people, having face-to-face conversations, and helping customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs, this could be a great opportunity to develop your sales career. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in their homes and communities. You’ll learn about their needs, explain available insurance options, and guide interested customers through the sales process from the initial conversation through completion.
Requirements
- Strong face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting and speaking with people in residential settings.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with different types of customers.
- Positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently.
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment.
- Ability to stay focused and professional when faced with occasional rejection.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel.

- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
