About The Position

This is a fully remote, full-time inside sales position open to candidates anywhere in the US. You'll be on the phone and in our CRM connecting with homeowners, qualifying leads, and guiding customers from first contact to signed contract. Your income is directly tied to your effort — the more you close, the more you earn, with no cap on commission. If you're a self-starter who's motivated by earning potential, thrives in a fast-paced phone environment, and wants the flexibility of working from home, this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or customer service
  • Comfortable on the phone and confident closing conversations
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy pipeline independently
  • Reliable home workspace, quiet environment, and strong internet connection

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience a plus — we use HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and qualify prospects
  • Conduct consultative conversations to recommend the right solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals and close contracts over the phone
  • Keep your pipeline organized and updated in HubSpot
  • Follow up post-project for reviews, referrals, and repeat business
