About The Position

Legacy Restoration is hiring multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to join their Des Moines, IA team. This full-time position involves attracting new customers to the business by canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. Representatives will work independently, requiring strong time management and problem-solving skills. The role involves interacting with homeowners, understanding their remodeling needs, performing roof inspections, explaining available services, and encouraging service bookings. Sales progress will be tracked, and strategies adjusted to close deals. Legacy Restoration specializes in residential remodeling, renovation, and repair services, aiming to restore home exteriors after storms, accidents, or general wear. Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods regularly
• Physical ability to climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods as needed
• Willingness to travel to local offices as needed
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Canvass different neighborhoods around the area
• Engage with potential customers
• Increase interest in high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• Work independently, utilizing time management and problem-solving abilities
• Engage with homeowners politely and professionally
• Learn about homeowners' remodeling needs
• Perform roof inspections to assess situations firsthand
• Explain to customers what Legacy Restoration can do for them
• Encourage customers to book a service
• Track sales progress
• Adjust strategies as needed to close more deals
