About The Position

ServiceMaster, the nation's leader in the disaster restoration services is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative for our Auburn, AL location. When disaster strikes, ServiceMaster is the link between the insurance company, their customer and total satisfaction. We minimize business interruptions by quickly analyzing the problem, providing a professional assessment of the damage, determining the services needed for complete restoration, reviewing the scope of services with the adjuster, finishing the job on time, and following up to ensure total satisfaction.

Requirements

Must have sales and marketing experience
Must be self motivated
Must have strong communication and presentation skills
Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software
Must be able to travel occasionally
Must have the ability to work independently, with limited supervision
Must have the ability to work within a team environment
Must have the ability to develop written correspondence and also make oral presentations
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Prior insurance restoration marketing a plus

Responsibilities

Sells and markets ServiceMaster Restore to both personal and commercial line insurance carriers and other potential prospects
Assists in developing marketing strategies for potential new accounts
Ensures tracking of sales results on a consistent basis in relation to established goals
Consistently working to develop new relationships in the insurance industry
Hosting outings for current customers
