Requirements

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting property inspections
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience preferred; roofing, construction, home improvement, or insurance experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of roofing, construction, or home improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
  • Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs
  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, products, and the insurance restoration process
  • Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
  • Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary to facilitate claim approvals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process
  • Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Track activities, opportunities, and sales performance within our CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Participate in company meetings, 1 on 1 sales meetings, and advanced training sessions.
  • Embrace the Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform.
  • Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
  • Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.
