About The Position

The Gainey Agency is seeking people-oriented candidates for a remote insurance sales opportunity. Appointments are conducted by phone or virtually. The role includes consistent follow-up and client communication, as well as participation in team training and coaching. Applicants must reside in the United States and obtain and maintain the required insurance license. Compensation is 100% commission-based, with no guaranteed salary or hourly pay; earnings depend on individual sales performance.
