About The Position

The Gainey Agency is hiring a remote Sales Representative to help individuals and families explore life insurance and financial protection options. The role involves speaking with prospective clients about their protection goals, explaining insurance options that may fit their needs, and conducting appointments by phone or virtually. Representatives maintain follow-up and client communication and participate in team training and coaching. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no guaranteed salary or hourly pay; earnings depend on individual sales performance. Applicants must reside in the United States and obtain and maintain the required insurance license.

Requirements
