Requirements

  • Passion for the Automotive Industry – You love cars and helping people find the perfect one.
  • Sales & Customer Service Experience – At least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Energetic & Personable – You make great first impressions and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong Communicator – Whether in-person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients.
  • Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the game.
  • Team Player & Go-Getter – You work well with others but also hustle independently.
  • Valid Driver’s License – A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Trusted Automotive Expert – Connect with customers, showcase Subaru's innovative lineup, and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
  • Hit Your Goals – Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets and drive results.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Experience – Educate clients on vehicle features, financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase process.
  • Close Deals & Celebrate Success – Guide customers through test drives, finalize transactions, and deliver vehicles with confidence.
  • Work as a Team – Collaborate with finance, service, and management to maximize customer satisfaction.
