About The Position
As a Sales Representative at Steele Buick GMC, you will help customers discover the vehicle that truly fits their lifestyle. You will be their trusted guide, resource, and biggest supporter as they explore a lineup known for dependable performance, smart innovation, and designs built for real life. This role offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions, with the potential to exceed $100,000+ annually. For the first year, a guaranteed minimum income of $682.69 weekly is provided, unless commissions exceed that amount.
Requirements
- Passion for the Automotive Industry – You love cars and helping people find the perfect one.
- Sales & Customer Service Experience – At least 1 year in a similar role.
- Energetic & Personable – You make great first impressions and build lasting relationships.
- Strong Communicator – Whether in person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients.
- Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the game.
- Team Player & Go-Getter – You work well with others but also hustle independently.
- Valid Driver’s License – A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers, showcase the Buick, GMC innovative lineup, and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
- Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets and drive results.
- Educate clients on vehicle features, financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase process.
- Guide customers through test drives, finalize transactions, and deliver vehicles with confidence.
- Collaborate with finance, service, and management to maximize customer satisfaction.
