About The Position

Steele Ford Lincoln is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. This dealership is described as Nova Scotia's premier Ford and Lincoln dealership, fostering a culture of creativity, ambition, and continuous learning. The role offers an exciting and rewarding commission structure, opportunities to build customer relationships, and deliver value and financing options across the Maritimes. The Sales Representative will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process, with potential for significant annual earnings ($100,000+). For the first year, a guaranteed minimum income of $653.85 weekly is provided, unless commissions exceed this amount.

Requirements

  • Passion for the automotive industry.
  • Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and have excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide an acceptable driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in conversations with customers (in-person or electronically) to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Showcase a range of vehicle makes and models, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the selection process to find the perfect vehicle.
  • Enhance the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and product demonstrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
  • Fulfill other duties as required by managers.
