About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with experience in luxury retail, premium automotive, jewelry, or other high-end products. As a Project Consultant, you will represent the nation’s leading name in premium replacement windows and doors. Our clients are homeowners who value quality, design, and performance, and they expect a sales experience that matches the caliber of the products we deliver. Training is paid, benefits are included, and leads are provided, eliminating the need for door-to-door or cold calls. The company currently has more leads than its representatives can handle.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
- Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Self-motivation and results orientation.
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners (appointments provided – no cold calling).
- Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
- Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
- Use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with customers and offer replacement services.
- Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.
