Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
Engage customers by answering questions and recommending products and services
Guide customers to the products and solutions that best fit their needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Proactively approach and assist customers throughout the store
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products and services
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Handle customer concerns professionally and work with the customer service team to resolve issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including displays and merchandise
