Requirements
- 2 plus years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
- Desire to achieve personal and financial goals
- Build relationships and earn customers trust.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.
- Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
- Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.
