About The Position

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Sales Representative, State College, Pennsylvania. The Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the availability and visibility of the company’s spirits portfolio at retail to drive depletion growth while adding value to wholesaler and retailer partners.

Requirements

  • Ability to tolerate cold temperatures
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle with the possibility of several times a day
  • May be required to stand for several hours during the course of the work day
  • 4 Year Degree / Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-1+ years of sales and/or food/beverage industry experience
  • Must physically live within the geographic footprint of the assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling process
  • Learn and be proficient in spirits industry knowledge, including BBC product styles and key category insights
  • Hunt for new business opportunities while growing performance in existing accounts
  • Build brand awareness by sampling, merchandising and engaging with consumers
  • Utilize effective verbal and written communication with wholesaler, accounts, and coworkers including ability to deliver impactful presentations
  • Use technology platforms available to mine data to plan and identify opportunities across the account base, market and wholesaler
  • Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers
