Requirements

Real in-home sales experience (gutters, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, or similar).
Ability to sell value, not just the lowest price.
Proficiency in handling common sales objections (e.g., "I need more quotes," "talk to my spouse," "the other guy is cheaper").
Punctual, presentable, and self-managed.
Motivated by uncapped earnings.
Must be 21 years or older.
Valid Florida driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to travel within Central Florida.

Experience generating own leads through realtors, property managers, GCs, BNI, past customers, or referrals.

Responsibilities
