About The Position

Alta Pest Control is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Inspector Sales Representatives. This role involves meeting with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to inspect homes for rodent activity, termite infestations, moisture-related issues, and structural vulnerabilities. You will educate homeowners on your findings, recommend solutions, and help them protect their homes. This is a consultative, face-to-face sales role focused on building trust and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The position offers high earning potential with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses, pre-set appointments (no cold calling), and company-provided tools including a vehicle, gas card, and equipment. The company also provides paid training, coaching, and fosters a strong team culture with opportunities for growth and incentives.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, exterior property areas.
  • Comfortable kneeling, climbing, and lifting when necessary.
